I specialize in holistic care that provides increased physical ease, emotional balance and mental clarity.  My bodywork sessions are available in-person at various San Francisco Bay area locations.  Sessions are also available virtually for one-on-one life coaching and remote Jikiden Reiki sessions.

In practice for over 25 years, my work is intuitive as well as practical and is informed by daily meditation, Breema Bodywork, Jikiden Reiki, Enneagram studies, Shadow-Light work  and Trauma-informed somatic practices.

My holistic life coaching sessions deepen your experience of worthiness, create greater trust in your inner guidance, facilitate ease and connection in relationships with others and  provide more heart opening receptivity to the self-acceptance and love that is our true nature.
