I specialize in holistic care that provides increased physical ease, emotional balance and mental clarity.  My bodywork sessions are affordable and conveniently located in a comfortable studio in the Grand Lake Neighborhood of Oakland.

In practice for over 25 years, my work is intuitive as well as practical and is informed by the practice of meditation, the study of somatic psychology, practical spiritual practices,Breema Bodywork, Jikiden Reiki, Enneagram studies, Shadow-Light work, and Depth Inquiry.
