HOLISTIC LIFE COACHING  $95.00 Holistic sessions work with body, mind, feelings to transform unconscious beliefs and emotional patterns holding you back from your true Self.  Each session is created based on your needs and desired outcome, providing a grounding meditation, creative inquiry, transformational work , and  body-centered practices to deepen and anchor change in your daily life.  Available in person or in virtual sessions.

JIKIDEN REIKI  is a traditional Japanese hands-on practice that provides gentle treatment to promote physical and emotional well being. Sessions speed up the healing process for injuries, illness, and post-surgical recovery. Reiki also aids in overcoming negative habits and facilitates emotional well being.

         1 hour-          $65

       90 minutes-     $110

ENKAKU (DISTANT REIKI)

Distant Reiki is an effective technique that allows a recipient to experience the effects of Reiki anywhere in the world. It is especially beneficial for people dealing with stress, fatigue, anxiety, pain, digestive issues, and chronic conditions, as well as for individuals facing mobility limitations, trauma, or social anxiety.  In these sessions you will be in your home but we make an appointment. I just ask you to lie down and create a space of quiet and relaxation to receive at the same time that I am working.

        1 hour -$65

INTEGRATIVE MASSAGE-  These sessions provide a nourishing blend of bodywork modalities to address your individual concerns. A quality massage that transforms tension created by stress and physical discomfort into increased ease, energy and well being.

BREEMA BODYWORK- Received fully clothed on a padded floor, using gentle and firm stretches,gradual leans, nurturing brushes, and a variety of playful, rhythmic movements. It is beneficial for all ages and conditions.
